This unique design has a 32″ cord from the celling mount to the lamp, ideal for homes, garages or shed with a ceiling of at least 10ft. Or higher. The ceiling mount socket has a power on and off cord but it is only meant to be powered off when you don’t want to use it… The remote control is the means of the ordinary normal power on/off switch. The solar panel also links to the ceiling socket and has 10ft. Cord which can be placed near a window to get it’s sun and charge up the ceiling socket device which holds the rechargeable batteries.
